Will have end-to-end responsibility inclusive of client/ sector identification‚ Strategy and account management for global accounts. As Vice President (Sales) - NA/UK/Europe‚ will be responsible for all of North American/UK/European sales and business development. The primary focus of this role would be to generate new business by identifying and closing business for our portfolio of product and services offering. Manage sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely‚ reliable‚ and consistent basis‚ accurately forecast annual and quarterly revenue streams and actively manage all aspects of the sales cycle. strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capability. Key requirements of the role   IT Sales professionals (preferably product sales) based in the US/UK/Europe (France or Germany)‚ should have experience in selling technology in retail and CPG industry in NA/UK/EUROPE. Preferably sold BI solutions in retail or should have sold technology into retail and /or sold BI in any other industry vertical.   Must possess the foresight to set quarterly targets and meet them. Creativity and vision will be exercised continuously by you to unearth and handle new business deals.   MBA‚ with about 12 - 20 years experience. A minimum of ten years exposure to the US/UK/EUROPEAN/APAC markets   Good industry experience and a successful track record with target accounts Change management expertise that will result in a solution-selling model at a strategic/business and partner level   Demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate solutions‚ excellent presentation and public speaking skills   Must be able to handle office and operate independently   A strong background in customer and market penetrations in the US/UK/EUROPE markets preferably in the retail and CPG industry space   Demonstrated record of achievement in successfully building and leading NA/UK/EUROPEAN sales & marketing teams through selling to and maintaining relationships with key purchasing and decision makers   Extensive travel required Note: For the US/North America - prefer candidates based out of the Mid West preferably Chicago - however location not a strict constraint For the UK - prefer candidates based out of London/Maidenhead/Bracknell - however location not a strict constraint For Europe - prefer candidates based out of France/Germany - however country within EU not a strict constraint
